Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Accountant in sorting and matching Invoices, PO, and DO handle staff reimbursement claims.
- Monitor and record staff attendance/leave provide administrative support during the HR Executive's maternity leave.
- Organize, scan, and archive project and worker-related documents to ensure a tidy and efficient filing system.
- Accurately update internal Excel records and handle general office administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- All education levels are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Meticulous and organized, with a focus on maintaining a clean filing system.
- Willing to learn, patient with paperwork, and a positive can-do attitude.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday (0830 - 1800)
