Contract Duration: 3 Months
Location: Alexandra Road
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Salary Range: Up to $2,900 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in packing, sorting, and organizing Employee Personal Files(P-files).
- Support office relocation activities, including arranging and preparing P-files for offsite storage.
- Handle general administrative support and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the HR team.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE A Levels and above
- Well-organized and able to manage both administrative and physical tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) at an intermediate level.
- Able to work independently, handle multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
