A Construction Site Administrator ensures smooth daily operations at a project site by managing documentation, coordinating logistics, handling site attendance, and providing administrative support to project managers and teams. They act as the central communication hub, maintaining files, processing project documents, and ensuring compliance with company safety standards
Roles & Responsibilities
- Document Control Managing project documentation including site reports, submittals, contracts, and drawings.
- Site Coordination Assisting with logistics, organizing meetings, and acting as a liaison between site personnel, contractors, and office staff.
- Record Keeping Maintaining accurate records of daily site activities, material deliveries, and staff attendance.
- Safety & Compliance Ensuring all site safety policies and documentation adhere to company regulations.
- Administrative Support Processing Purchase Orders (PO), delivery orders (DO), and etc
- Human Resource Support Updating site daily attendance report.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements
- Higher Nitec/ Diploma holder/ Degree holder.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply 1-2 years of relevant experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in Google Apps and Microsoft Office (excel, word)
- Demonstrates a positive work attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter, highly motivated and resourceful.
