Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, correspondence, and communication
Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and sending calendar invitations
Recording and distributing meeting minutes
Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling phone calls, and preparing reports
Keep a well-organized filing system for easy access to work documents
Respond and follow up to customer inquiries, feedback, and orders
Oversee administration affairs, including office operations, facility management, maintenance of office equipment and fixtures, mail management, visitor coordination and memo dissemination
To support Logistics arrangement and products delivery follow up
To assist Superior or Senior for the projects quotation and liaise with china's team for the materials order
Support ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements
Tertiary education with 3 years of relevant working experience
Good communication skills with written and spoken in English and Mandarin
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to multi-task under tight schedule
Responsible, organized, proactive, and detail-minded team player
Able to work independencely
