Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, correspondence, and communication
  • Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and sending calendar invitations
  • Recording and distributing meeting minutes
  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling phone calls, and preparing reports
  • Keep a well-organized filing system for easy access to work documents
  • Respond and follow up to customer inquiries, feedback, and orders
  • Oversee administration affairs, including office operations, facility management, maintenance of office equipment and fixtures, mail management, visitor coordination and memo dissemination
  • To support Logistics arrangement and products delivery follow up
  • To assist Superior or Senior for the projects quotation and liaise with china's team for the materials order
  • Support ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements

  • Tertiary education with 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Good communication skills with written and spoken in English and Mandarin
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to multi-task under tight schedule
  • Responsible, organized, proactive, and detail-minded team player
  • Able to work independencely
