The Role & Impact

As a Admin & Training Executive, you will be the operational backbone of our corporate training and executive workshops. You will manage end-to-end event logistics, coordinate with world-class trainers, and deliver a smooth, high-touch learning experience for adult professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Training Operations & Logistics: Oversee course scheduling, venue setups, digital learning platform access, course materials, and participant registration.
Participant Relationship Management: Serve as the main liaison for course participants, answering program inquiries promptly and providing dedicated support throughout their learning journey.
Trainer & Speaker Engagement: Coordinate directly with external trainers, facilitators, and adjunct faculty to ensure seamless module delivery and positive partnership.
Event & Workshop Execution: Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to execute flawless live and virtual training sessions.
Quality Assurance & Evaluation: Collect and analyze post-workshop participant feedback, compile trainer evaluation reports, and recommend operational enhancements to boost course ratings.
Administrative Operations: Maintain accurate, audit-ready training records, attendance logs, and student feedback data across our operational database.

Who We Are Looking For

Educational Background: Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Fresh graduates with a strong passion for education and service excellence are welcome to apply).
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication abilities, with the confidence to interact with executive trainers and adult learners.
Service Mindset: A positive, customer-centric attitude dedicated to delivering high-quality hospitality and operational support.
Organizational Discipline: Meticulous attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Remuneration & Working Location
