Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations, including documentation, filing, and coordination of internal processe.
Manage procurement activities such as sourcing, requesting quotations, price comparisons, and issuing purchase orders.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, and resolve any discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and supplier contracts.
Support marine engineering or operational teams with technical procurement requirements where applicable.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Assist in tracking budgets, expenses, and procurement costs.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procurement procedures.
Coordinate logistics, deliveries, and scheduling with relevant stakeholders.
Perform any other ad hoc administrative or procurement duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Experience in administrative support roles is preferred but not necessary.
Experience in marine engineering support, shipping operations, or technical procurement is advantageous.
Able to manage administrative duties and vendor coordination independently.
Able to work independently and proficient in Microsoft Office (ERP experience is an advantage).
