Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Duties

  • Manage daily office operations and supplies
  • Handle daily correspondences, emails, and phone calls
  • Maintain filing systems (physical & digital) for company documents
  • Organize and coordinate meetings and company events
  • Support management with ad-hoc administrative duties

2. Accounts

  • Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Record expenses, issue invoices, monitor payments and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
  • Prepare project costing reports

3. HR & Payroll

  • Process monthly payroll (including overtime and claims)
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Manage leave, attendance, and employee benefits
  • Support recruitment activities (job posting, interview coordination) and onboarding / offboarding processes
  • Handle work pass applications / renewals and foreign worker matters

4. IT Support

  • Provide basic IT support (user account / email setup, troubleshooting)
  • Maintain IT equipment and software licenses
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors for helpdesk support

Requirements:

  • Higher Nitec or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • 2 or more years of relevant experience
  • Familiar with payroll processing and HR administration
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and hands-on with attention to details
  • A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
