Key Responsibilities
Support basic accounting duties including invoice processing, reconciliation, proper filing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, raising Payment Vouchers, and commission calculation and payout.
Perform administrative contract validation and compliance checks for real estate agents (e.g. Contract/Sales documentation verification and licence tracking)
Handle general enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, documents and basic billing matters
Coordinate subscriptions, service contracts and corporate renewals
Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum Polytechnic Diploma in Accountancy or related field
At least 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred
Relevant administrative experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word)
Organized, meticulous and able to multitask
Good interpersonal skills, proactive and able to work independently
Good written and spoken English
Accounting knowledge or experience in real estate administration is an advantage
