Job Description

Job Descriptions:

Responsible for book-keeping of Accounting function, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Assist to Prepare year end closing for mandatory yearly compilation of Accounts

Manage fixed assets register, maintain fixed assets schedules

Manage stock n inventories - and prepare items for shipments

Perform general ledgers and general clerical, accounting, contra and bookkeeping support functions

Coordinate Incoming and Outgoing shipments

Assist in all Operational and administrative affairs

To handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management team personnel.

Familiarity with XERO Accounting system will be advantageous

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Office skills or accounts
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
Required Skill(s): Meticulous, able to work with deadline, teamwork, strong speaking skill, strong interpersonal skills, problem solving, ability to develop lasting professional relationships with clients, excellent leadership abilities
