Responsibilities

  • Prepare invoices and verify incoming payments
  • Handle banking-related tasks
  • Manage mail and courier items, including scanning and PDF conversion
  • Oversee office supplies and coordinate purchase orders
  • Perform data entry into accounting software and basic bookkeeping
  • Prepare documents, maintain filing systems, and manage data
  • Support general office and back-office administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting support or administrative roles
  • Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to perform basic data entry into accounting software (professional accounting qualifications not required)
  • Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PDF handling, scanning, etc.)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Ability to read basic English is an added advantage (conversation skills preferred but not required)
