Role Overview
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive cum Admin to manage our daily financial bookkeeping and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping using Xero, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and journal entries.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing procedures.
- Process staff claims, invoices, and expense reports accurately and on time.
- Regulate company transactions to comply with policies and statutory guildlines.
- General administrative support.
- Support payroll, HR documentation & recruitment (work passes, interviews)
- Maintain proper records, filing, and documentation
- Support daily admin tasks such as purchasing, office supplies, and correspondence
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting / Business or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience preferred in an accounting or book-keeping role.
- Proficient in Xero accounting software.
- Strong team player with good business and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently
