Job Description

Role Overview

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive cum Admin to manage our daily financial bookkeeping and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle bookkeeping using Xero, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and journal entries.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing procedures.
  • Process staff claims, invoices, and expense reports accurately and on time.
  • Regulate company transactions to comply with policies and statutory guildlines.
  • General administrative support.
  • Support payroll, HR documentation & recruitment (work passes, interviews)
  • Maintain proper records, filing, and documentation
  • Support daily admin tasks such as purchasing, office supplies, and correspondence

Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting / Business or equivalent
  • 1-2 years experience preferred in an accounting or book-keeping role.
  • Proficient in Xero accounting software.
  • Strong team player with good business and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently
