We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin / Accounts Assistant to support daily office operations and basic accounting duties. This role is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience, as training will be provided.
Administrative Support
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scanning, and document organisation.
Manage office supplies, stationery, and support day-to-day office operations.
Assist in scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and handling general enquiries.
Prepare simple reports, letters, and correspondence when required.
Accounts Support
Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoice processing, data entry into accounting system, and updating payment records.
Support accounts receivable/payable functions (e.g., checking invoices, payment follow-ups).
Help with monthly closing preparation and documentation.
Maintain proper filing and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Nitec / Diploma in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with some admin/accounting experience are welcome.
Basic understanding of accounting principles is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Meticulous, organised, and able to handle sensitive information professionally.
Good communication skills, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
