Responsibilities
- Maintain project documentation, track progress, and update project schedules.
- Consolidate and prepare project progress and monitoring reports
- Coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional activities
- Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Prepare basic financial reports (e.g., sales summaries, aging report, creditors report etc.)
- Undertake any other ad-hoc administrative or accounting tasks as assigned by management to support overall business operations
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent relevant experience considered.
- Proven experience in project admin and marketing support
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
