Job Description

Administrative Duties

  • Handle daily office administrative tasks and document management
  • Assist in arranging meetings, travel bookings, and office supplies procurement
  • Manage company correspondence and respond to customer emails
  • Assist in preparing administrative documents and reports

Finance Support

  • Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks
  • Issue invoices and follow up on customer payments
  • Organize expense claims and financial documents
  • Assist with GST filing and liaise with external accountants

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields preferred
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in administration or accounting roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and well organized
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate in both English and Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Chinese suppliers
