Job Description

Hiring: Accounts & Admin Assistant

Empire Works is looking for a reliable and organized Accounts & Admin Assistant to support our daily operations. If you are detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle both accounting and administrative duties, we would love to have you on our team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative work, filing, and documentation

  • Assist with invoicing, payment follow-up, and receipt recording

  • Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and basic reports

  • Maintain proper records of project payments, expenses, and supplier invoices

  • Support bookkeeping and liaise with accountant when required

  • Answer calls, reply to enquiries, and coordinate appointments

  • Assist management and team with ad-hoc duties when needed

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of accounts and admin work

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word

  • Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented

  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks

  • Good communication skills

  • Prior experience in admin or accounts role is preferred
