We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin to support our growing solar business. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth coordination between our sales, project, and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage quotations and project-related documentation
- Handle Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Orders (DO)
- Assist with basic customer service and respond to enquiries when required
- Liaise closely with project team and finance for coordination and follow-ups
- Maintain proper filing and documentation records
- Request for quotation from vendors
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior admin experience is a plus (preferably in construction/solar industry)
