Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin to support our growing solar business. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth coordination between our sales, project, and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage quotations and project-related documentation
  • Handle Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Orders (DO)
  • Assist with basic customer service and respond to enquiries when required
  • Liaise closely with project team and finance for coordination and follow-ups
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation records
  • Request for quotation from vendors

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior admin experience is a plus (preferably in construction/solar industry)
