Job Description:

  • Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave, and employee relations.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (WP, SP, EP, Core Trade).
  • Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and maintain accurate staff records.
  • Administer insurance, medical, training, and employee welfare matters.
  • Support payroll processing, CPF submissions, and statutory reporting.
  • Liaise with government agencies, banks, vendors, and training providers.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and company HR policies.
  • Assist in HR initiatives such as staff engagement, CSR, and WSH activities.
  • Manage administrative duties such as documentation, and purchasing.
  • Provide HR and admin support to management and handle ad-hoc assignments.

Job Requirements:

  • Any Degree.
  • Good understanding of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented, discreet with confidential information, and able to work independently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • 5.5 -day work week immediate starters are an advantage.
