About the Role
Lithan Academy is seeking an experienced Agile practitioner and certified Scrum Master to join our faculty team as an Adjunct Faculty. The successful candidate will deliver engaging, practice-oriented training for learners enrolled in the Professional Diploma in Digital Innovation, equipping them with real-world Agile, Scrum, and digital innovation capabilities.
This role is ideal for industry professionals who are passionate about teaching, mentoring, and developing future-ready talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and/or online training on Agile methodologies and Scrum practices aligned with the Professional Diploma in Digital Innovation curriculum
- Facilitate learning through case studies, hands-on activities, group discussions, and real-world examples
- Guide learners in applying Agile and Scrum principles to digital innovation, product development, and transformation projects
- Assess learner performance through assignments, projects, and presentations in accordance with programme requirements
- Provide constructive feedback and academic guidance to support learner progression
- Collaborate with programme managers and academic teams to ensure curriculum relevance and continuous improvement
- Uphold Lithan Academy's academic standards, assessment integrity, and learner experience expectations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or above (Master's Degree preferred)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Scrum certification (mandatory requirement)
- Proven hands-on industry experience applying Agile and Scrum frameworks in real-world projects
- Must have ACLP/ACTA Certification
- Strong working knowledge of:Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Agile ceremonies)
Product development or digital innovation environments
Cross-functional team collaboration and stakeholder management
- Prior experience in training, facilitation, coaching, or teaching adult learners is highly preferred
