Adhoc Building Technician (Residential)

Job Scope

• Carry out preventive maintenance and repair works for common property facilities
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, lighting, and mechanical issues
• Attend to residents feedback and technical service requests
• Perform routine checks on M&E systems (pumps, lighting, access control, intercom, etc.)
• Monitor and maintain fire protection systems
• Assist in supervising contractors and service vendors on site
• Support renovation monitoring to ensure compliance with MCST guidelines
• Maintain proper maintenance records and checklists
• Ensure facilities are safe and in good working condition
• Assist during emergency situations (power failure, water leakage, lift fault, etc.)
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Condo Manager / Property Officer
