Actuarial Analyst - 6 Months Contract - up to SGD6k

Morgan McKinley is hiring an Actuarial Analyst for 6 months contract with a potential to go perm.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting experience monitoring, assumption setting, impact testing, and Universal Life Fund management to meet business needs
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of monthly and quarterly management information for internal stakeholders
• Contribute to ad-hoc actuarial projects and the onboarding of new products
• Collaborate with group office and external actuarial consultants to ensure compliance with HSBC guidelines and statutory regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of actuarial experience good analytics and problem solving skills
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Proactive, able to work independently, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Technical proficiency in SQL/Python and/or Prophet is advantageous
