Job Summary

The Activity Operations role supports daily operations and upkeep of activities at Skypark Sentosa, ensuring safe, efficient activity delivery aligned with company manuals and emergency plans.

Responsibilities

• Arrive punctually and prepared for all scheduled shifts to maintain operational readiness
• Maintain a neat appearance and deliver energetic customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and support sales opportunities
• Engage proactively with customers and bystanders to enrich their on-site experience throughout the day
• Set up and pack down activity sites efficiently by assisting all positions and stations to meet operational timelines
• Respond to guest requests safely and within staff capabilities to support positive customer interactions
