Acquisition Manager / Performance Marketing Executive / Graduate Digital Marketing

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Acquisition Manager / Performance Marketing Executive / Graduate Digital Marketing professional. The position is based in Singapore with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time. The role involves executing digital marketing campaigns, conducting thorough market research, creating data-driven market plans, and optimizing performance marketing efforts. The selected candidate will also collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

• Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to identify opportunities and design actionable strategies
• Strong Communication skills to effectively articulate strategies, collaborate with teams, and engage stakeholders
• Experience in Sales and Marketing with a focus on driving acquisition and conversions
• Ability to analyze data, measure campaign performance, and optimize strategies for success
• Detail-oriented and proactive with strong organizational skills
• Relevant academic qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus
• Familiarity with the actuarial industry or professional services would be an advantage
