Acquisition Finance, Senior Director

We are working with a well regarded bank to place a Acquisition Finance Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the origination, structuring, and execution of debt financing with their financial sponsor clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Deal origination and execution
• Client and stakeholder management
• Risk management and credit analysis
• Post-acquisition integration

Qualifications

• An undergraduate or master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is required.
• Typically requires at least 10+ years of experience in Acquisition Finance including investment banking, private equity, or mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
