Job Summary
Provide technical support to consultants by conducting site surveys, noise and vibration measurements, data analysis and assessment, preparing detailed technical reports, and managing client interactions across diverse acoustic projects locally and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys and perform noise and vibration measurements to collect accurate environmental data for project assessments
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports presenting analysis, assessments, and findings to support project decision-making
- Perform site visits to address and resolve client enquiries and project requirements effectively
- Collaborate with senior consultants to support acoustic projects
- Communicate clearly and professionally in formal and informal presentations, written communications, and reports to internal teams and clients
- Demonstrate self-motivation and discipline to manage tasks independently and meet project deadlines
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with team members and external clients at all organizational levels
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools proficiently to document and present project information
- Adapt to outdoor working environments and undertake overseas travel as required for project execution
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess a minimum diploma in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field, or Nitec in an environmental-related field
- Hold a valid Class 3 driving license
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Structural modelling experience such as finite element analysis (FEA)
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and support project outcomes
- Creative, structured, and logical thinking with a positive learning attitude
