Job Description

Planning and schedule for construction schedule using with Microsoft project.
Design and supervise M&E work on site before start of construction.
Preparing for M&E Coordination and M&E Drawing Submission.
Implementation, Planning and Monitoring of Construction work Progress.
Coordination/Supervision of M&E Service .Review CSD drawings.
Reviewing and Approve for Method of Statement of all M&E works
Preparing Risk Assessment for varies M&E works
Preparing BOQ ans tender document submission for Hong Kong and Singapore projects
Evaluating subcon quotation on M&E items and select suitable subcon for the job
Preparing as built drawing and O&M manual for M&E services
Evaluating subcon submission VO for final payment.
Other job assign by the project manager.
Able to communicate to all level and attend site meeting on a daily basis.
Any other work as and when assigned by the Project Manager.
