Job Summary

Seeking a skilled ACMV Service Engineer to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems across residential, commercial, and industrial sites.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on ACMV systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and ducting to ensure optimal system performance
Diagnose and resolve technical issues in ACMV systems promptly to minimize downtime
Install and commission new ACMV equipment following manufacturer specifications and safety standards
Maintain detailed and accurate service records and reports for all maintenance and repair activities
Adhere strictly to safety regulations and company standards to ensure a safe working environment

Required competencies and certifications

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field
Proven experience in ACMV system maintenance and installation
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and perform system troubleshooting
Strong safety awareness and ability to work effectively within a team
