Summary
Responsible for the full suite of ACMV Quantity Surveyor duties, from tender to pre-contract, post-contract administration duties such as: review of contracts, quantity take-offs, preparing bills of quantities, and sourcing.
Job Responsibility
- Knowledgeable in Chilled Water System and VRV system
- Able to do Design and Build Tender.
- Knowledgeable in Singapore Code of Practice & Greenmark Requirements.
- Responsible for tender surveying, checking of documents, and understanding of drawings and specifications
- Preparation of tender and contract documents, including quantity take off & liaise with the clients & consultants
- Obtain, compile and evaluate a quotation from the supplier according to the tender requirements.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and ethics on all contractual matters
- Must be able to do the costing independently to complete the whole tender process
- To liaise with the supplier, main contractors, and sub-contractors to prepare the costing for tender submission
- Respond and follow up to the client's queries for the submitted tender
- Attend site briefing (if necessary) during pre-tender and tender interview
- Coordinating the submission of documents to clients and relevant authorities within stipulated timelines.
- Maintain proper documents and filing of drawings for all tenders and projects according to requirements as per ISO standards
- Other related duties, as assigned.
Job Requirements
- At least a Diploma, Advanced /Higher /Graduate Diploma /Degree, in Engineering (Mechanical), Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Min 5 years of Singapore-based experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the ACMV field
- Positive working attitude and a team player
- Able to work independently, good team player
Able to work 5.5 days per week.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Location: Approximately a 10-minute walk from Admiralty MRT Station
