Summary
Full contract responsibility for monitoring and guiding the team. End-to-end reporting to management for the project progress to the Executive Director.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise a group of site staff, engineers. Plan and organise daily work, execution of projects, prepare project schedule, milestone reports, submission and manpower planning
- Participate in the preparation of technical specifications, design requirements, and conduct tender site show round for project works and contract management
- Ensure effective project management on the implementation of design, installation, testing and commissioning.
- Ensure all Installation engineers, workers / subcontractors work is completed in the allocated time
- Ensure safety in the workplace through close supervision and implementation of all safety requirements
- Perform investigation of accident/incident report, including recommendation of preventive or improvement measures to mitigate recurrence
- Review of contractor's redesign submission, update of as-built drawing, attendance to site meeting/inspection
- Have the ability to make judgment calls/decisions based on experience within the industry.
- Ensure that all work is carried out to the current standards & deliver excellent customer service
- Liaise with office staff to assist in resolving of queries, customers, subcontractors & suppliers
- Provide suggestions for the improvement of practices within the Company
Job Requirements
- Minimum MUST have 5 years Singapore-based ACMV experiences

- Possess adequate qualification in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in handle multiple projects and team simultaneously
- Knowledge of industrial codes, standards and procedures
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, etc
- Able to work with fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and organise
- Capable to perform under pressure
