ACMV - PROJECT MANAGER

• Manage and oversee ACMV projects from planning, execution, to completion.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.

• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Review and approve ACMV design drawings, technical submissions, and method statements.

• Ensure installation works comply with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.

• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.

• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

• Attend site meetings and resolve technical or coordination issues.

• Ensure project completion within timeline, budget, and quality expectations.

• Prepare project documentation including reports, variation orders, and final handover documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 3 of experience in ACMV or M&E projects.

• Experience managing commercial, industrial, or large-scale building projects.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC/ACMV systems, installation methods, and relevant codes.

• Good project management, leadership, and coordination skills.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
