Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Management
Lead end-to-end ACMV project management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. - Technical Oversight
Review technical drawings (shop drawings, schematic diagrams, etc.) and specifications.
Supervise the installation and commissioning of ACMV systems.
Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and industry best practices. - Team Coordination
Manage site teams including engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
Assign tasks, set objectives, and monitor performance.
Ensure adherence to safety procedures and project milestones. - Stakeholder Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress reports.
Resolve any project-related issues, delays, or conflicts effectively. - Quality & Safety Assurance
Ensure all installations meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Implement and enforce workplace safety protocols.
Conduct inspections and tests during commissioning.
