Responsibilities:
- Design ACMV systems for new builds & renovations
- Oversee installation, commissioning & troubleshooting of ACMV systems
- Collaborate with authorities, subcontractors & site workers to ensure compliance & safety
- Assist in preparing progress claims & variation orders
- Track & manage project costs against budget
- Stay updated with latest ACMV technologies & best practices
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical with 5 years in ACMV field
- Knowledge in ACMV calculations: heat load, pump sizing, chilled water systems, chiller configuration etc
- Ability to interpreting engineering drawings & specs
