Job Summary
Prepare and manage detailed construction drawings using BIM and CAD tools to support project teams, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with technical standards in a dynamic construction environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and update drawings and design documentation for preliminary, construction, and as-built stages using BIM, AutoCAD, and Revit to support project delivery
- Coordinate with Project Engineers and Project Managers to prepare, review, and submit drawings according to project requirements
- Maintain current knowledge of drafting techniques and BIM technologies to ensure technical competency and quality output
- Plan and schedule drawing submissions to meet project timelines and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery
- Organize and maintain soft copy documentation and archiving systems for easy retrieval and compliance
- Produce detailed installation and construction drawings based on sketches, specifications, and technical notes to guide site works
- Review, finalize, and reproduce drawing packages in accordance with project standards and client requirements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM modelling), Navisworks, and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and time management capabilities
- Able to work independently with a high level of accuracy, responsibility, and initiative
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English and/or Chinese
