ACMV Drafter (BIM)

Basic information:

• 5 days work week

• Salary up to $5,000

• Bonus 3 months performance+aws (based on individual and company performance)

• Location: West

Job scope:

• Develop M&E system designs, including performing quantity take-offs for MEP works and preparing all required documentation.
• Carry out inspections and testing after installation to ensure work quality and compliance with standards.
• Prepare construction drawings and support testing and commissioning activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with clients, civil contractors, architects, and other M&E contractors to resolve interface issues and provide technical clarifications.
• Perform duct sizing using manual calculations as well as duct design software, and design mechanical ventilation components such as fans, grilles, and diffusers.
• Assist senior modelers in CSD preparation and support other submission requirements as required.
