ACMV BIM Modeller | Revit MEP & Building Services

Our client, an established Mechanical & Electrical engineering company in Singapore, is seeking an experienced BIM Modeller (ACMV) to support its project team.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed ACMV (Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) shop drawings based on as-built drawings.

• Ensure drawings are completed and submitted within project timelines.

• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and technical requirements.

• Work closely with project and engineering teams to update and amend drawings for project coordination.

• Assist in preparing and organising documentation for record-keeping and BIM process submissions.

• Support the Project Manager with project completion activities.

• Perform other project-related assignments when required.

Job Requirements

• ITE, Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit MEP modelling.

• Relevant BIM / ACMV modelling experience is required.

• Experience preparing ACMV shop drawings will be advantageous.

• Good understanding of Mechanical / ACMV building services.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to coordinate effectively with project and engineering teams.

Working Arrangement

• 5-day work week.

• Project-based position in Singapore.
