📅 Estimated sessions: 24 PHV, 72 Workshop, 48 EP (assigned based on availability)
💰 Per-session rates (based on experience):
. PHV Classroom - Up to $400
. Workshop Classroom - Up to $180
. EP Sessions - Up to $420

We're looking for passionate ACLP/ACTA-certified trainers to support a national training initiative by the Silver Generation Office (SGO) and Agency for Integrated Care (AIC).

This is a rewarding session-based role where you'll help train and equip volunteers to engage meaningfully with seniors through workshops and real-life practice.

🎯 Your Role

• Facilitate or support classroom sessions (PHV & Workshop)
• Supervise volunteers during Engagement Practice (EP) sessions
• Use fully developed AIC-provided curriculum
• Complete standard feedback and checklists after each session
• Maintain consistency and professionalism in every class

✅ Requirements

• ACLP or ACTA certification (required)
• Minimum 2 years of facilitation/adult learning experience (preferred)
• SGA-certified trainers preferred, or must be willing to attend a one-time SGA Train-the-Trainer onboarding
• Available for evening and/or weekend sessions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Genuine interest in senior engagement and community service
