Accounts Receivable Officer (6-Month Contract)

Job Description:

We are hiring a Temporary Accounts Receivable Officer for a 6-month contract to support finance operations within a leading research and innovation-focused organization. This role requires hands-on experience in SAP and strong attention to detail in billing and receivables processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creation and modification of customer master records in SAP
• Issuance of invoices and credit notes
• Ensure completeness of billing documentation
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies and queries
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables with various entities and customers
• Maintain and clear the Accounts Receivable shared mailbox
• Prepare management reports related to AR and billing
• Support ad-hoc finance or administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or relevant discipline
• 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or finance operations
• SAP knowledge is highly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in a shared services environment is advantageous
