Accounts Receivable Executive | 3-Month Contract to Permnent

Tampines
$2,800-$3,200/month(higher salary may be considered for candidates with relevant experience)
Hybrid: 2 Days WFH + 3 Days Office
3-Month Contract → Potential Permanent Conversion

What You'll Be Doing

. Handle Accounts Receivable matters for multiple centres
. Perform reconciliation of payments and customer accounts
. Follow up on outstanding and past-due accounts
. Identify payment discrepancies and escalate issues where required
. Monitor slow-paying accounts and support collection activities
. Communicate with customers regarding outstanding payments
. Support improvements to AR processes and workflows
. Maintain accurate and confidential financial records
. Ensure compliance with relevant financial requirements
. Occasional visits to other centres may be required
