Job Summary
Manage and execute core Accounts Payable functions, including GST submissions and reconciliations, to ensure accurate financial processing and compliance within a construction industry setting.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage Accounts Payable transactions to ensure timely and accurate payments
- Prepare and submit Quarterly GST reports in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Reconcile Accounts Payable Statements of Account (SOA) to maintain accurate vendor balances
- Issue Debit and Credit Notes to adjust vendor accounts as necessary
- Utilize accounting systems proficiently to record and track financial transactions
- Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to coordinate with vendors and internal teams
- Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability in managing financial records and deadlines
- Collaborate positively within the team to support smooth financial operations
Required competencies and certifications
- Related accounting qualifications
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of accounting experience with hands-on Accounts Payable exposure
- Proficiency in accounting systems for financial transaction processing
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin

Working Hours:
- Regular hours: 9am to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays
