Responsibilities
- Coordinate the monthly management accounts closing for all the assigned companies.
- Prepare for the annual year end audit.
- Prepare annual tax computation.
- Prepare for annual budget exercise for investment and development companies.
- Prepare monthly Goods & Service Tax (GST) reports and analysis/computations for quarterly GST filing.
- Update monthly management reports eg Investment & Development properties report and hotel performance report
- Prepare financials to Singapore Department of Statistics or any government authorities for statistical survey.
Requirements
- Degree in Business/Accountancy/ACCA or equivalent professional certification
- 2 years and above of accounting experience for full set closing
- Preferably with basic knowledge of property industry
- Good team player
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to work under time pressure and stress
