Job Summary
You will support financial operations by generating invoices and account statements, performing account reconciliations, assisting with financial management and analysis, and liaising with agents to ensure smooth job-related processes.
Responsibilities
- Generate accurate invoices and account statements to support billing and financial tracking
- Perform detailed account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Support month-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Liaise effectively with agents on job-related matters to facilitate operational coordination
- Communicate clearly and write proficiently in both English and Chinese to support documentation and correspondence
- Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to prepare reports, presentations, and documentation efficiently
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma in Accountancy, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Ability to work independently with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
