ACCOUNTS MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

1.Review & check quarterly GST returns, ECI, Form C/C-Sby following the compliance with IRAS guidelines

2.Act as the main liaison and coordinate with externalauditors, bank compliance, corporate secretary, tax agents

3.Monitor cashflow, bank balances, and funding requirements

4.Support management on cashflow planning and financial riskmanagement

5. Establish and maintain strong accounting policies andinternal controls

6. Ensure proper approval workflows and segregation ofduties

7.Oversee full sets of accounts including GL, AP, AR, Fixedassets, ROU

8.Review & analysis monthly management accounts,variance analysis, account classification

9.Ensure month-end and year end closing in accordance withSFRS

10. Lead, supervise, and mentor accounting team members& review team members work and provide guidance and technical support

Key Requirements

Education & Professional Qualification

1.Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline2.ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification (or in progress)

Experience

2.Minimum 5-8 years of accounting experience, including 2-3 years in a managerial role

3.Strong hands-on experience with Singapore GST and IRAS compliance

4.Experience handling external audits and statutory reporting

Preferred / Advantage

Experience in automotive industry
