Job Description

  • Manage full set of accounts, including AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliation.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
  • Prepare management reports, financial statements, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with SFRS, IRAS, and GST regulations.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government authorities.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting procedures.
  • Review and approve vendor payments, claims, and staff reimbursements.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
  • Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Handle GST submissions and corporate tax filing.
  • Review vendor payments and expense claims for accuracy and approval.
