Accounts Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Accounts Manager to oversee the company's financial management, reporting, and accounting operations. The role involves financial planning, budgeting, group consolidation, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. The ideal candidate will also support business strategic planning and work closely with management and shareholders to provide financial insights that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

• Review and prepare financial accounting reports, consolidated group accounts, and taxation matters for the Group.

• Manage and coordinate statutory audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.

• Prepare and present annual budgets to Management and Shareholders.

• Prepare monthly financial performance reports including bridge reporting and analysis of variance between budget and actual results.

• Oversee the consolidation of Group accounts and ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.

Strategic & Financial Planning

• Support business strategic planning, including project feasibility studies, due diligence analysis, and cost-benefit analysis.

• Develop and manage cash flow projections, cash flow planning, and monitoring to ensure the company's financial stability.

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support management decision-making.

Management & Organizational Involvement

• Act as a facilitator for company initiatives, including Vision, Mission, Core Values, Enterprise 50 participation, and ISO initiatives.

• Collaborate with senior management to drive financial discipline and operational improvements across the organization.

• Lead and guide the finance team to ensure efficient accounting operations and compliance.

Job Requirements

• CPA qualification or Degree in Accounting / Finance.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in auditing and accounting fields.

• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulatory requirements.

• Experience in group consolidation, financial reporting, and statutory audits.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial planning and budgeting.

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Ability to work closely with senior management and stakeholders in a strategic capacity.
