Handle accounts payable and receivable
Prepare creditor and debtor aging reports
Issue and manage debtor Statements of Account
Perform bank reconciliation
Prepare cash flow forecast
Process staff claim reimbursements
Assist in monthly and annual financial reporting
Coordinate with auditors, corporate secretary and tax agents
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
Handle GST quarterly submissions, ECI and corporate tax matters
Human Resources
Manage employee records and HR documentation
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities
Handle work pass related applications
Manage attendance tracking, leave management and payroll support
Prepare and submit CPF contributions
Handle foreign worker levy waiver matters
Prepare IR8A submissions and IR21 tax clearance
Ensure compliance with company policy and MOM regulations
Support employee engagement activities and HR administrative tasks
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Experience or Knowledge of AUTOCOUNT accounting software
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
