- Issue Purchase Orders and perform 3-way matching (Invoice / Delivery Order / Purchase Order).
- Perform data entry for Accounts Payable matters.
- Handles office receptionist duties.
- Assist in Finance and HR administrative functions.
- Prepare Sales Quotations and manage email correspondence with clients.
- Update employees attendance and leave records in the system.
- Process Work Permit / S-Pass applications and coordinate interview arrangements.
- Arrange and coordinate staff training sessions.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- N level with 1 year of relevant experience in Administration, Human Resources, or Finance
