Job Description

  • Issue Purchase Orders and perform 3-way matching (Invoice / Delivery Order / Purchase Order).
  • Perform data entry for Accounts Payable matters.
  • Handles office receptionist duties.
  • Assist in Finance and HR administrative functions.
  • Prepare Sales Quotations and manage email correspondence with clients.
  • Update employees attendance and leave records in the system.
  • Process Work Permit / S-Pass applications and coordinate interview arrangements.
  • Arrange and coordinate staff training sessions.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • N level with 1 year of relevant experience in Administration, Human Resources, or Finance
