Job Description

Accounting Duties: Full Set Accounts

  1. Accounting Duties: Full Set Accounts
  2. Maintain ledgers and oversee general accounting processes.
  3. Bookkeeping:
  4. Record day-to-day financial transactions.
  5. Maintain accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and bank reconciliations.
  6. Taxation & Compliance:
  7. Handle GST and income tax filings.
  8. Ensure compliance with government regulations.
  9. Monitor expenditures and cost-saving initiatives.

    HR Duties:
  10. Recruitment & Onboarding:
  11. Draft job descriptions, post ads, screen resumes, and arrange interviews.
  12. Manage employee on boarding and orientation.
  13. Payroll Processing:
  14. Prepare salary statements, manage statutory deductions (PF, ESI).
  15. Maintain attendance and leave records.
  16. Employee Records:
  17. Maintain HR files, personal details, and employment history.
  18. Ensure documentation compliance.
  19. HR Policies & Compliance:
  20. Draft and implement HR policies.
  21. Ensure legal compliance with MOM labour laws.
