This is a full-time on-site role located in Singapore for an Accounting & HR Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL and monthly closings.
- Prepare financial reports, bank reconciliations, and GST submissions.
- Liaise with the external auditor and tax agent for the financial year closing and report.
- Manage monthly payroll, CPF submission, IR21 tax clearance, IR8A income tax reporting and insurance.
- Maintain employee data, leave records, statutory submissions, and employee relations matters.
- Perform general office administrative matters with other colleagues support.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes and payroll processing
- Experience in preparing financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
- Familiarity with compliance regulations and audit procedures
- Proficiency and hands-on experience with accounting software MYOB and WhyzeHR
- Bachelor or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Relevant professional certifications are a plus
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
