Job Description

Accounts Duties:

  • Handle basic accounting duties including data entry, invoicing, and payment process
  • Carry out in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Assist to coordinate with branch company transactions
  • Any ad Hoc Duties assigned

HR & Admin Duties:

  • Perform HR administrative duties, including tracking staff attendance and leave
  • Handle staff's training matters
  • Payroll Preparation
  • Recruitment of Workers
  • Any Ad Hoc Duties Assigned


Requirement

  • At least 3 year of working experience in related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge in Quickbooks accounting software will be an advantage
  • Salary will commensurate based on working experience
